Will this work on a Hypalon boat?
No. This kit is formulated specifically for PVC materials. Hypalon requires a different chemical bonding agent. Please verify your boat's fabric type before purchase.
How do I apply the patches for the best results?
Clean both surfaces thoroughly with a PVC primer or solvent. Apply a thin layer of glue to both the patch and the boat, wait until tacky (approx. 5 mins), then press firmly. We recommend waiting 24 hours for a full cure.
What size are the repair pads?
The kit provides standard-sized marine repair patches (approx. 10cm x 15cm) that can be easily trimmed to size with household scissors to fit your specific repair area.
Note: Always perform repairs in a well-ventilated, dry environment for optimal adhesive performance. For major structural repairs, consult a professional marine service center.
